Dr. Alessandro Lanteri is Teaching Full Professor of Strategy and Executive Director of Strategy and Innovation at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in Dubai. He helps leaders use AI and emerging technologies to build sustainable value in volatile markets.
Alessandro advises multinationals, governments, international organizations, and family businesses across five continents. His work centers on one question: how leaders can use AI and other emerging technologies to build sustainable value when markets refuse to stand still.
An established author, his insights and commentary are regularly featured by Harvard Business Review and the World Economic Forum. His book CLEVER: The Six Strategic Drivers for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (2019) was a #1 Amazon international bestseller. His latest title, Innovating with Impact (2023), and the upcoming Strategy Reloaded (2027) are published by The Economist.
He holds a PhD in Philosophy from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master's in Economics from Bocconi University, with further studies at Harvard, MIT, NYU, Oxford, and Stanford.
